MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

Be a Current member in good standing with ApHC

Purchase Stalls thru ApHC

Pay Office Charge of $25. per horse to ApPHA

Pay ApHC Drug Testing fee once per horse in office to receive exhibitor number & be inspected

ApHC current rules apply – NO EXCEPTIONS!
